Strengthen and Stabilize Your Structure with Carbon Fiber

Certified Carbon Fiber Support Strap installers and structural repair specialists.

Overview

We are certified Carbon Fiber Support Strap installers and structural repair specialists, providing industry-approved reinforcement solutions for a wide range of structural repair applications. Our expertise allows us to strengthen and stabilize compromised structures using proven carbon fiber reinforcement systems designed for durability, performance, and long-term structural support.

Whether you’re dealing with a bowing basement wall, a cracked foundation, or a deteriorating concrete surface, carbon fiber reinforcement offers a clean, low-profile way to restore strength without the disruption of major excavation or demolition.

What Is Carbon Fiber Reinforcement?

Carbon fiber reinforcement uses high-strength carbon fiber fabric bonded to the surface of a structure with epoxy resin. Once cured, the fabric and resin form a carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) layer that works with the existing material to resist the forces causing it to crack, bow, or fail.

Carbon fiber is one of the strongest materials used in construction repair. The fabric we install has a dry tensile strength of 4,900 MPa (over 710,000 psi), yet it’s only about 0.24 mm thick. That means:

  • Exceptional strength: High strength and stiffness that help resist further movement and cracking
  • Low profile: Thin and lightweight, so it adds virtually no bulk to walls or surfaces
  • Durable: Resists corrosion and is built for long-term performance
  • Minimal disruption: Typically installed without heavy equipment or major excavation

Signs Your Structure May Need Reinforcement

  • Horizontal or stair-step cracks in foundation or block walls
  • Basement walls bowing or leaning inward
  • Cracked, spalling, or deteriorating concrete
  • Corrosion damage to concrete or steel
  • Sagging or cracked slabs and floors
  • Damage from impact or long-term settling
  • Structures that need to carry more load than they were designed for

If you notice any of these, the sooner the problem is evaluated, the more options you have.

Our Structural Repair Applications

  • Foundation and basement walls: Stabilize cracked, bowing, or leaning walls
  • Concrete block (CMU) walls: Reinforce block walls showing cracks or movement
  • Concrete slabs and floors: Strengthen cracked or weakened slabs
  • Columns and support structures: Add strength to aging or damaged columns
  • Deteriorated or damaged concrete: Repair damage from corrosion, age, or impact
  • Load upgrades: Reinforce areas that need to support additional weight
  • Correcting construction errors: Strengthen substandard concrete or construction
Our Process

1. Inspection & Evaluation

We assess the condition of your structure and identify the cause and extent of the problem.

2. Engineering Coordination

Where required, we work with licensed engineers, who provide the calculations and specifications for your project.

3. Surface Preparation

We clean and prepare the surface so the carbon fiber bonds properly.

4. Carbon Fiber Installation

The carbon fiber straps are applied with epoxy resin according to the manufacturer’s installation instructions.

5. Curing & Final Review

We let the system cure and confirm the installation is complete and clean.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does carbon fiber reinforcement work?

Carbon fiber straps are bonded to the wall or surface with epoxy. They take on the tensile forces that cause cracking and bowing, helping keep the structure from moving further.

Is carbon fiber stronger than steel?

Carbon fiber has very high tensile strength for its weight and thickness, which is why it’s widely used in structural strengthening. It also doesn’t rust or corrode.

Does it require excavation?

In many cases, no. It’s typically installed from the interior. The right solution depends on your structure, and we’ll explain your options after an evaluation.

Will carbon fiber reverse existing damage?

It’s designed to stabilize and strengthen the structure and help prevent further movement. Whether a wall can be straightened depends on its condition, and we’ll be upfront about what to expect.

How long does installation take?

Installation time depends on the size of the project. We’ll give you a clear timeline with your estimate.

What does the warranty cover?

The manufacturer’s warranty covers replacement of defective product. See the warranty section above for details.
